About the Event

This event will include a panel discussion and opportunities for dialogue among participants about experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals regarding inclusion, the lived experience,  and being "out" or not in the workforce. Included will be information on inclusion practices, the impact of the lived experience on OT practice, the impact of time on visibility in the workforce, and suggestions facilitating inclusive and equitable work environments and relationships.  All are welcome!
