
The Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity (COTAD) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and the world's preeminent occupational therapy organization addressing issues of systemic racism and oppression, occupational injustice, healthcare equity, and educational decolonization.
We are a powerful network of individuals, students, educators, and advocates from across the the globe all working towards a common goal of promoting diversity and inclusion within the occupational therapy workforce and increasing the ability of occupational therapy practitioners to serve an increasingly diverse population.
